Kirsten Ferlazzo is excited to join the CCW team as Development Coordinator in 2024. A Virginia native, she earned her B.A. in Dance from the University of South Carolina, along with a K-12 Dance Education Certification. Following her passion for philanthropy, Kirsten completed her Fund Development Certification at the University of Richmond's School of Professional and Continuing Studies Institute on Philanthropy. She gained valuable experience as a Development Associate Intern at The READ Center in Richmond, VA, before taking on a role as Development Associate with the Virginia Down Syndrome Association. Kirsten is eager to combine her love for the arts, education, and development to make a meaningful impact at CCW.
